Acupuncture

Fine needles are inserted into individual acupuncture points along Chinese medicine meridians throughout the body. The location of your needles will be chosen according to the treatment plan constructed for you. This can range generally from a small nipping sensation to none at all.

Cupping

Traditional fire cupping is used to eliminate toxins from the body, smooth Qi, and break up stagnation. This Traditional Chinese Medicine technique is beneficial for those with muscle aches, pain, stiffness, inflammation and circulation issues.

Glass cups have the oxygen removed with a fire source and then placed on the skin. A suction occurs pulling the skins into the cup creating a drawing feeling.
